01 · Problem
Neighborhood shops are left off the phone
Fruit stands, bakeries and corner shops are part of everyday life in any city, but almost none of them sell online. Having a digital store seems expensive, technical and slow, and many options charge commissions or hold the money from each sale.
02 · Users
Two sides of the same market
Small business owner
Fruit stand, bakery or corner shop. Wants to sell more without investing in technology and to manage their catalog and prices from their phone.
Neighborhood customer
Wants to order from home from the usual shops and pay however they prefer: cash, bank transfer or card.
03 · UX/UI proposal
Selling online, without the hassle
- Store ready in 24 hours: SHIGRA builds and maintains the store; the business just focuses on selling.
- Control from the phone: catalog, prices and business can be managed at any time.
- The money arrives directly: cash, transfer or card, with no holds or waiting.
- Free sign-up, no contracts: the website speaks straight to the business owner: "Your business, finally, on everyone's phone".
04 · Creative solution
A technology partner, not a vendor
The business does not pay for the development of its store: SHIGRA is its technology partner and grows when the business grows. The idea fits in one phrase: neighborhood markets, gone digital.
The name comes from the shigra, the hand-woven Andean bag used to carry the harvest: community work made into an object. The logo translates it into a heart with a woven texture.
